We can arrange for each participant to test at the same location or at different locations. Appointments are not required to be on the same day. Our laboratory network includes over 1,000 locations nationwide.

SAMPLE COLLECTION

Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment . Be sure to bring the required identification for each individual testing. Please avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

RECEIVE RESULTS

Results are typically available in 3-5 business days. Once results are ready, we will call to review, email and mail out the original legal documents.

Legal DNA Results Include the Following Documents

DNA Paternity/Relationship Report. This is a summary of the laboratories findings, which includes the DNA genetic profile of each person tested. It also provides the probability of paternity as well as the combined paternity index.
Notarized Conclusion. This report gives a detailed conclusion that is easy to understand. It is signed off by the physician that oversees the testing and is notarized for legal use.
Chain of Custody Record. This document provides the original photograph and thumbprint taken at the time of each DNA collection. It also includes the documentation of the collection, handling and transferring of the DNA collections.

This type of testing is possible because we all inherit genetic material from our biological parents who, along with their siblings, have inherited their genetic material from their parents. Our genetic material will help determine our biological relationship with our aunts and uncles.
